Change-of-Mind Returns
For online orders, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item if they change their mind. Items should be returned in their original condition.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Where applicable, your refund will include the cost of standard delivery originally paid.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue. We may ask for photographs.
Where an item is faulty, not as described or does not meet your legal rights, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or colour, please return your original item in accordance with our returns policy and place a new order.
